At Pusheen Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your cute new finds, so we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your Pusheen items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
